HoH Supported Living Program

For those who are unable to work, due to their disability, HoH provides a meaningful day experience which allows them to work on functional skills during the day including:

Funding is provided by the Department of Human Services (DHS) as well as other sources. Our program supports adult individuals, 18 years and older, who have been diagnosed with an intellectual disability before that age. Our Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) provides 24 hour care and transportation to each resident. We create our programs based on each individuals interest and abilities. Our aim is to maintain a safe and independent living environment for all of our residents.
